Hi!  My name is Demi, my real name is Dominique but all my friends and family call me Demi.  So please call me Demi!!  Here’s a little bit about me.  I was born in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec.  My home has been Kitchener-Waterloo since I was 10 years old.  After many years in the financial industry, I realized it was not my passion and needed a big time change. During that time, I moved a few times so I understand and can sympathize that moving can be a daunting task, both physically and mentally.

It can be overwhelming at times. I realized through all the moving, I enjoyed staging the home and became really good at it.  I learned that placement of furniture and decluttering made our homes sell in no time and for asking price (even above!). Over the years, I’ve also helped out friends.  I enjoyed the staging process so much that I made the decision to become a Certified Home Stager.  In June 2016, I graduated from Certified Staging Professionals.  CSP is recognized internationally as a real estate home staging education provider.

When I’m not staging a home, I enjoy time with family, friends and my doggies.

How do I get started?

Getting your home ready to sell can be taxing.  We offer recommendations and give you simple steps to follow.  Depending on the size of your home, we will spend one to three hours evaluating the interior and exterior of your home.

Afterwards, we will provide you with detailed steps how to achieve the best way to have your home showcased.  Bring out all the beautiful features of your home so the homebuyer can’t resist to buy it!!



Does Staging work?

By staging/showcasing your home, the potential buyer will have a positive first impression.  Staging allows the buyer to see themselves living in the home and hopefully the outcome will mean the listing will not last.  Less days on the market is the best case scenario. No more open houses!!

By simply making a few changes such as furniture placement, new paint color, enhanced lighting, and landscaping, it can make a remarkable difference. Think of it like a job interview, you have your resume up to date highlighting your talents and usually dress your best, staging is the same but for your home.

We like to work with what you already have in your home.  Making a few changes will transform the home that any buyer will want to live in.


The first 5 days upon listing your home are the most crucial. This is the only opportunity to make that first impression.
